11. Howard was hurt in the 1st quarter and should not have been playing.

But this loss can be put on Ryan Day & O.C. Chip Kelly.
If OSU gets into the playoffs and wins that might buy Day some more time but
he is starting to look like John Cooper to me. He chased off a really good QB
in Kyle McCord and that cost Ohio State both the Oregon and Michigan games.

My daughter is an OSU grad and lived with a worse quarterback.

I am a Miami grad and got beat by McCord today.

All of this after watching the Dolphins crap the bed on Thursday night.

Worst football weekend in a long time.

15. Go Blue! Go Lions!

It was a great week for us.

Take heart, your turn will come around again soon. I’m certain of this, being a Lions fan who has been waiting since 1957.

4. Time for Day to go

That was embarrassing. No run game but Michigan can’t stop the pass and Day keeps
running the ball.

2 missed field goals & the cheap T.D. after the interception.

Good thing Day chased Kyle McCord out of here.

Roll Tide!
(I don't think Ala. has even an outside chance to get back into the playoff, but it IS the Iron Bowl.)

And we got the #1 quarterback for next year so we won't suck for long.

16. Which brings up a sore subject for me:

money in college sports. I was hoping some genius would come up with a way to equitably divide them big bucks. I know it is a fool's dream.

So I am guessing I will be watching for another 2 or 3 years as those with money dominate the collegiate sports world with few surprises.

Yeah I saw Michigan ponied up $12 mill for the QB from Detroit.

10. This is a real coaching loss

The Buckeyes had the talent, but the play calling was awful. They played exactly the game Michigan needed them to play, and that was on the coaches, Day and Kelly.

As a Michigan guy, I'm reminded of OSU's Cooper era, when he brought in one loaded team after another and couldn't get it done.
