And even though they lost, Navy was a surprise and humbled Notre Dame a bit, if that's possible.

Auburn beating Ole Miss, put Alabama back into the picture as well. The Tide plays Mississippi State and Auburn yet, so they, at least theoretically, control their own destiny. Only one of the three can play in the SEC Championship from the SEC West.
