Here are the names of some of the QBs who have started in the NFL this year.

Jake Luton
Garrett Gilbert
Phillip Walker
Ben DiNucci
Nick Mullens

Nothing against those guys, but tell me again why Colin Kaepernick can't even get a tryout?

I'll bet CK has kept himself in very fine condition over these 4 years. He seems confident. fwvinson Nov 2020 #4

He had two starting QBs get hurt and he was all they had until they went out and got Gilbert.

I have to say that Colin’s absence for what is it 4 years now makes the chances for him getting called go down by the day.

That said, I just don't get why can't even get a try out. I know that it would likely create a huge media frenzy, but some of these teams could actually be contenders, and a talented veteran could make a huge difference.

No one can tell me Colin Kapernick would not be an upgrade from Darnell or Flacco. They might actually have beaten the Patriots last week if Kapernick was under center.

Do you mean the Broncos? Osweiler turned down the Broncos offer went to Houston and came back to Denver with a smaller offer.

Eric Reid also sued the NFL but still got to play.
