Shocking I know.

That LB White for the Bucs is pretty good. Holding Brees to 20 points is pretty good for any defense.

Eric Allen tells the story that Oakland was in their white uniforms that day. Snow pouring down as you know. The play before he ends up on the Pats sideline. They didn’t seem to realize he was there. He hears the play and the Raiders ran basically the same system. He runs back into the huddle knowing what is about to be run. That’s why Brady had nowhere to go with the ball.

Good call on a bad rule.

pedantry:
excessive concern with minor details and rules.

Au contraire.
I’d say it was a major faux pas.

Originally, I wrote, "for the Superbowl". That was more than enough enough to communicate the idea that they were playing "for the chance to go to the Superbowl" esp. on a Football forum.

This is a message board, not AP English.

Let's add "It’s Mahommes vs. Allen for the Superbowl".
