Several good laughs in there.

I've always thought grading drafts was mostly pointless. We have no real idea how any of the players are going to turn out. We've seen low round picks who became superstars. We've seen absolute "can't miss" phenomenons who...missed. Drafting is speculation. Evaluating speculation is pointless.

The most one could reliably state about a draft was if they addressed needs. But even that is a bit dicey since failure to address needs in the draft may indicate that there was no one available to fill the need, or that the need is going to be filled in free agency.
