His months-long hissy fit having accomplished nothing but making him look whiny and damaging his reputation.
Well played (not) Aaron.

(24,165 posts)He's been the best so far, IMO, although I have to say Katie Couric was a strong 2nd.

Also, are there any videos of this hissy fit?
Nasty tweets?
What was his problem?

(2,479 posts)He will be free to go after this year I believe and other perks I am less clear on but the butthurt Aaron feels because the owner's didn't kiss his wealthy ass as they made team decisions is not warranted and to claim that he does what he does for the fans is bullshit when he put the fans through the "will he or won't he stay" angst for months. Oh yeah, and I'm a Packer fan and I like long run on sentences.

(11,869 posts)...a step below Brady. Brady proved with his talent he could, with another team, management, backing, and coaching, he could repeat the Super Bowl magic. Rodgers saw that and said hey, if Brady can throw his weight around. But, it wasn't the same.

(813 posts)Having Rodgers as a free agent in the off-season should provide hours, days, months of speculation.

(4,096 posts)I dont know all the issues, but I think that one of his concerns was not having the resources necessary to secure a championship. He really has taken GB as far as one can without the necessary supporting tools. In some ways, Rogers is like Elway (Denver), just enough of a quarterback to get to the finals but not enough on his own to take them all the way.
Regardless, I wish Aaron luck and success.
