No doubt the guy can plan a great drive or two. Where's the consistency? Where's the killer instinct? His resume is filling up with a lot of disappointment.
Colts @ 49ers, for example ... a real headscratcher. One awesomely creative drive to start the game, one to start the fourth quarter. The rest of the game he played right into the strength of the Colt defense. No adjustment. No desire to keep doing what's working.
Saw it with the Falcons. Saw it in the Super Bowl.

(28,392 posts)In the few games he played with the Pats, he seemed to be a pretty good QB. But I know that a QB may work well in one offensive scheme, but looks lost in another.
