That was a piss-poor performance against the Rams. Apparently their "run-game" coordinator is "sort of the offensive coordinator" who complements head coach Kingsbury's "passing game." At least according to this link: https://cardswire.usatoday.com/2021/01/25/arizona-cardinals-coaching-staff-offensive-coordinator/
The game plan was so bland against the Rams I had to tear myself away from the Mannings and Dwayne Johnson to see who was in charge of that mess (I turned it off at halftime too).
As head coach I'll assume Kingsbury is making the ultimate calls on the field. This dude is calling for his head (Kliff Kingsbury has to go after Cardinals embarrassing loss to Rams): https://arizonasports.com/story/2974260/bickley-kliff-kingsbury-has-to-go-after-cardinals-embarrassing-loss-to-rams/
Any Cardinals fans care to elaborate?

(2,636 posts)I remember Kliff Kingsbury from his college days at Texas Texas Tech. Pass happy air attack.
I was excited when he took the USC job, and furious when he left the program after about a week to run to the NFL. I wish him nothing but mediocrity...
Go Rams!

(29,351 posts)I wasnt a fan of the hire initially because the pass happy teams fold against physical teams. I actually think the Cardinals did a better job of play-calling without him in the Browns game.
Not sure what is wrong. The team gets off to a fast start in the beginning of the year but golf in the second half of the season.
