Gustavus Adolphus, you *&#$ing #*$hole!

I just realized, playing Civ V, I am possibly the first person to say that out loud since Maximilian I, Elector of Bavaria.

Anyways. I do love this game...

Great game. Have a few hours on the new beyond earth. It needs some polish, but it's been good so far.

There's an update for Civ V today. Bison and cocoa resources, Piety is faster to reformation and Tradition now requires Oligarchy to get to Monarchy or Landed Elite.

Still haven't tried Beyond Earth... I keep meaning to.

on game of Civ (or the new Beyond Earth) takes me a few weeks to finish, I only get a couple of hours a week to game.

Give BE some time. I imagine updates will polish it up quite a bit. If you're not overly enthused by it, I would wait until they start talking about expansions. I like it and for the most part BE has met my expectations and excelled in some ways I didn't expect.

Same format as civ, but there are lots of twists throughout.

Now they need to revive the Civ Call to Power series.
