Diablo III Confirmed for consoles
No word on the Blizzard website that I can find but there is this:

The twitter post referred to is from Bashiok, Blizzards "Community Manager", in the old days that was the guy they had post announcements, answer questions and perform mod duties in their Forum. I know he does a lot of that, you can see his posts over there so I expect this is legit news even though Blizzard has not confirmed it yet. It will be interesting to see which platforms they go with... I would expect Xbox to be a given but PS3 and Wii I don't know about. It should not be a problem to get the Xbox to be able to play it on Battlenet but I don't know about Wii or PS3 and I don't see them doing it if they can't control it over Battlenet.

It's like all of them are coming together. The last book of the Wheel of Time series, Memory of Light, and Diablo III.
This just is NOT going to be a productive year for me, and I'm quivering in anticipation

but we always hear things and we know they won't release til they are darned ready and rumour wants it to be ready sooner. 
I think I will reconsider from getting xBox version to getting Comp version. I'm not too dextrous and the controllers are still from the 1990's on consoles imho. My daughter can play Halo and stuff like that like a Navy Seal, but I'm the slow one in the family when it comes to that. ha.
I was probably thinking like December still.
