Assassin's Creed Shadows Social Media Account Claps Back at Elon Musk After He Calls Game "Terrible"
Elon Musk called Assassin’s Creed Shadows a “terrible” game, and the official account didn’t hold back with a sharp comeback.
In a wild back-and-forth on X (formerly Twitter), the official Assassin’s Creed account responded to harsh words from Elon Musk after he slammed the game, and it’s safe to say they weren’t in the mood to be polite.
It started when Grummz (real name Mark Kern), a known critic of modern game companies, posted about Ubisoft spending money on influencer promotions. He shared a post featuring streamer HasanAbi, who’s been playing Assassin’s Creed Shadows in paid content. Grummz took a shot at Ubisoft for supposedly backing “terrorist-platforming streamers,” referring to Hasan.
That’s when Elon Musk jumped in. In two separate posts, Musk called Hasan a “fraud” and said he was promoting a “terrible game just for the money.” Harsh words, especially from someone with over 200 million followers.

Sorry the other article I posted which I self-deleted was from 2024. This article is more recent. I like Ubisoft's open world games more than Rockstars' GTA or Red Dead Redemption open world games.
