Champions League Quarterfinals

Atletico drew Barca
Chelski drew PSG
Bayern drew Man U
Real Madrid drew Dortmund

Barca look beatable right now, and the team who beat Barca the last two years went on to win the tournament. Could this be Atletico Madrid's year?

As for the other draws, I think PSG will edge out Chelski, Bayern could cost Moyes his job, and Dortmund will eek past Real Madrid again. What do you think?

Barcelona over Atletico - 60/40
Chelski - PSG - 50/50
Bayern over Man U - 90/10
Real over Dortmund - 70/30

I think this Real is too strong for this Dortmund who have been a bit shambolic lately.

Barcelona are definitely beatable, though.

Dortmund have been hit so unbelievably hard by the injury bug this year, I kind of feel for them a little bit. They've just lost their starting left back, Marcel Schmelzer, in time for the UCL Quarterfinals and DFB Pokal semifinals. Marco Reus has been dealing with injuries all year, as has Mats Hummels, and Ilkay Gündogan is out for the rest of the year. Despite his recent comments about Mattias Sammer, I do like Jurgen Klopp though and I think he'll make it very interesting against Real. I would be very, very pleased if Dortmund was able to surprise them just like last year.

With regard to the Chelski/PSG draw, I figure there are three strikers left in the UCL that could regularly get past Cahill and friends: Mandzukic, Lewandowski, and Zlatlan. Maybe I'm still just bitter about Munich 2012, but I really hope Zlatlan gets behind the Chelski defense very early and very, very often. It'll be close, but I think PSG will advance.
