Warning, U.S. Travelers: Airline Execs Want to Snatch Your Consumer Rights Away

Just when we finally gained a few rights.

Quote from article: Last week, Ed Bastian, the CEO of Delta Air Lines, told investors how excited he is that the incoming Trump administration may scale back travelers' consumer protections, calling that possibility "a breath of fresh air."

Taking away our rights is a fresh of fresh air? How utterly greedy.

As a fellow traveler, I completely share the frustration. Airlines prioritizing profit over passengers' rights is infuriating. To counter this, we need stricter legislation, better enforcement of existing rules, and stronger advocacy groups to represent travelers.
