In one of his harshest criticisms of abortion, Pope Francis has compared the procedure to hiring a hitman to resolve a problem.
The pontiff told his weekly general audience at St Peters Square that a contradictory approach to life allows the suppression of human life in the mothers womb in order to safeguard other values.
He added: How can an act that suppresses an innocent and helpless life as it blossoms be therapeutic, civil or, simply, humane? He went on to tell the audience that it is not right to take a human life, no matter how small.
How charming of Mr. "Nice Pope".

(10,163 posts)IF (AND ONLY IF) they offer 100% MOTHER AND CHILD care - prenatal, pregnancy monitoring and postpartum counseling - AND adoptive services, placement, care, education, shelter and other needs to the child after birth, then they can try to convince me of their claims and sincerity.
I won't side with them (it is ALWAYS the woman's decision with her chosen advisors, NOT the state and NOT some lunatic Pro-Lifer until birth asshat), but I MAY believe them to be honestly misguided instead of outright evil....OTHERWISE, fuck them in the ear, they are nothing more than hypocrites seeking to dictate control of a woman's body, reproductive decisions and sexuality. Your religious or moral conundrums do NOT grant license to control another person's body, period...full stop.
Given the Catholic Church's record with "caring" for children over the last few centuries, they can get right to the front of the line of people who need to fuck right off permanently...
