Political Evangelical Calls For ‘War’ Against ‘Pagan Onslaught Imposing Homosexual Marriage’

The man tasked by top Republicans — like Mike Huckabee and Rand Paul – when vying for the GOP presidential nomination to endear them with America’s Evangelicals, has just published an op-ed demanding his followers “Wage war to restore a Christian America.” This is the third op-ed David Lane — whose work is primarily funded by the American Family Association — has written for World Net Daily. WND is home to other hate group members, like Bradlee Dean, and to the likes of Rick Santorum.

“Where are the champions of Christ to save the nation from the pagan onslaught imposing homosexual marriage, homosexual scouts, 60 million babies done to death by abortion and red ink as far as the eye can see on America?,” Lane, head of AFA’s American Renewal Project asks. “Who will wage war for the Soul of America and trust the living God to deliver the pagan gods into our hands and restore America to her Judeo-Christian heritage and re-establish a Christian culture?”

looking for a new whipping boy, so they can ginger up their base to (by deception) vote for them one more time.

May they lose, may they taste nothing but the ashes of defeat, may their influence be banished.

May the brilliant spotlight of Truth expose their real purpose for all to see: it is ALL about more money for their Corporate Owners, and the social issues are just a red herring.

Hmmm...Moon is still waxing towards full, and Summer Solstice is approaching...so energy tides are still rising...need to work on increasing.

Help me out, here, IcyMist.

May all people learn to work together for justice for all, with sustainable prosperity that also respects and heals the Earth. May we be effective in working together to change the course of our country and our planet, for the better. May we all live to enjoy a better, brighter future.

May humanity let go of the massive bundles of negative energy that seize them and allow the flow from the earth and the sky to replace it.

Let there be peace on earth.

And by Pagan, he means anyone who is not Christian, it seems.

How do these people live with their sour, hate-filled selves?

...myself being one of them.

I learned something quite valuable from the Hindus in my life. From what I understand, of the many deities their faith embraces, each is simply one face of God that they can identify with more than other "faces". It is like a Hindu priest described who observed about the similarities of all faiths. He said he had taken a ride one day and drove around the base of Mt Rainier. He was amazed at how different that mountain looked from each side, it looked like a completely different mountain from every side! Yet each side was still part of the same mountain. He said our faiths see a particular side and think that is the whole mountain when in fact it is just one angle.

I liked that and have adopted it within my own faith because I realized that the faith I was raised in and identify with is simply one "face" that I see now. As a Christian I embrace reincarnation, as many of the first people of that faith also believed. I think I have been a Hindu, a Buddhist, a worshiper of some island deity, I am sure I have spent many lives seeing all sides of that mountain.

The sad thing about these wing nuts is that their reality is not only sick and the exact opposite of their own prophet's teachings, but they hurt so many by imposing their "mountain face" on others as if that is the whole mountain.
