Ending the year with consciousness

Robert Ohotto (ohotto.com) has an audio workshop called "Endings: a conscious inventory and release of last year." and I cannot recommend it enough. In fact, I did my recent podcast about it! http://practicallyintuitive.com/2011/12/podcast-24-bring-out-yer-dead/

It's $25 and packed with info and a guided meditation to look at all that needed to die in 2011 so that you can clear up some space for shiny new things in 2012. I'm giving it away to one lucky individual along with a 30 minute session to process what came up as a result of the work.

It is such an irreverent poke at horror; I use that line too. I've often wondered how many people know what it means. What a great gift to know that you are so like me and we both get the joke.

7. One of our own was the winner!

Mnemoysne (I cannot spell that for the life of me) snagged the Ohotto workshop and the 30 minutes with me!

I did the meditation he included with the program and it was hella cool! I felt like I was flying out beyond the sun. It was great and I came out of it with things that need to be released before year end. It's a wonderful program.
