(37,757 posts)Off the top of my head, the TimeTraks guys from the Merlin Project. Their system goes with activity that shows in the person's horoscope (I think that's what it is, anyway). Bernie's shows a lot of activity at around the time of the election and thereafter. Hillary's shows none, but she re-surfaces about 16 months after the election with some type of project showing activity.
Here's a previous post I made about it, in case you'd like to read a little more.

Then there was the one posted here the other day from youtube. It was a little like Matthew's, stating that the other side is supportive of the energies around Bernie. Wish I could find the link for that one, as it was so fun to watch that I viewed it twice.
John Hogue, a prophecy guy who regularly appears on C2C, says he thinks it's going to be Hillary/Trump. However, for a long time he was predicting Hillary/Jeb. I can't recall how he justified that.
He has an update on his page, though, which is kind of interesting because he writes quite a bit about Bernie:

See: What Bernie Sanders Needs....
(scroll down a bit)
snip:
Thus for the sake of my many Hogue readers who are passionate Bernie Sanders supporters, I want to oracularly describe what would be a near-miraculous future path your man must tread to surprise me, you and the future: becoming the Democratic nominee for president. It is possible, though remote. Still, this is the Year of the Fire Monkey in Chinese astrology where wacky is mainstream, and unpredictable reversals of fortune are a day-to-day, madly mundane potential.
I put little stock in what Hogue says, but what he says about the astrology of the election is kind of interesting.
There's another prediction he makes about Hillary's email scandal. It's right below the above.

(3,366 posts)but must have missed the youtube one. Do let me know if you find it!
This Matthew's prediction is very bold, coming just a few days ago! I've been reduced to hoping for something extraordinary to happen. Perhaps it's on its way

(23,156 posts)That indicates he has a very limited understanding of how politics really works, and the huge gulf between the two in terms of everything. He is not going to be her running mate. Nor will she be his, should he win the nomination. I keep on being exasperated at all who suggest either combination.
Nancy Sommers, who used to post here, and now has her own blog, is currently saying Hillary will win. Or perhaps I should say Nancy really wants Hillary to win and keeps on trying to interpret the astrology that way. But back last year she wrote an excellent piece about Biden, Sanders, and Clinton in which she says,
Later in the same piece she says that on the whole Bernie looks much stronger, although she sees some "interesting" aspects in Hillary's chart from August 2016 through early 2017. She also notes that there's no birth time for Bernie, and not a sure one for Hillary.
Here's a link to the article and the comments that followed. http://starlightnews.com/wordpress/2015/09/joe-bernie-and-hillary/
These days she rarely posts the amazing and insightful astrological analyses that she does so well, and it's a shame. Right now her blog is overrun with Hillary supporters, who are every bit as mean and dismissive as the ones on DU.

(339 posts)if Bernie were her VP...i honestly don't see her surviving the whole 4 years, between her health problems and her legal troubles...
Too bad she's not unselfish enough to surrender to Bernie who beats the Trumpenfranken by way more, and go home to enjoy her grandchildren and her money...it would be enough for most humans to make them happy...

(23,156 posts)I would lose all respect for him. To run as her VP, he would need to completely go along with her positions on everything. No more $15/minimum wage. No more speaking out against the big banks. No more free public college/university education.
He would have to abandon much of what he believes in.
The President and Vice President do not jointly run anything.
Back when many were hoping Elizabeth Warren would run for President, many people, especially on DU, said she shouldn't, she needs to stay in the Senate. Well now, her name is being floated as likely VP pick, a position that would be far less influential than the Senate. Since she won't be the head of ticket nominee, she needs to remain in the Senate. Same with Bernie.

(5,562 posts)and it made me feel good. Matthew doesn't often do definite predictions like this. I didn't post it because the last time I posted something by Matthew people started on about how they didn't like him.
Thanks for posting, I'm glad it got a better reception this time.

(5,562 posts)I rarely even check in here anymore. It used to be a great group, but its shrunk down to nothing through posts not being well received, and probably attrition too. I'd like to see this group become active again, but depending on what happens with the site I may just move on myself.

(339 posts)perhaps we could start up a likeminded group over at jackpineradicals.org...
i recognize some people there and i have been there since they started, to breathe in the fresh air

(5,562 posts)I've thought of posting a couple interesting things at JPR but there isn't really an appropriate forum ... yet.
