An update on the man I gave CPR to last week:

Great news! I was just told tonight that the man has pulled through and is in the hospital surrounded by his family and friends. You have no idea how relieved and happy I am! Howler, I'm sorry that I said your capitol letters scared me. It don't. Honey, Howeler at me as loud and as often as you see fit. I finally had fourteen hours sleep! I know, I know... my sleep paterns are not normal and I should be taking better care of myself and yadda yadda yadda. Thank you to everybody who sent me energy at this time. I am recovered. I ask now that you send engery to this man whom I helped that fateful day.

And I hope he does well. My sole save wasn't great. But a real save should be celebrated. Just every once in a while the stars align. Love life and know you did something important.

2. I'm not sure what you mean by sole save...

It just might be my ignorance in these matters, but I am kind of wondering what you are talking about.

something great for you to carry around inside.

And not to harsh anything my sole save was an 84 year old woman. She was dying of cancer and requested to die at home. When respiratory distress was about to end her life at home they called the EMS. By law I performed CPR and broke several ribs. She "lived" several more days in the ICU. Saving is different than "prolonging"..

5. Okay then, I can see that what we are saying is on very different pages.

I wish to you all the best. You, after all did everything that you were supposed to do. I just didn't understand what you meant by 'sole save', as it was a term i am unfilamilar with. Now I do believe I understand what you mean. As for the bit with the man I 'saved' than that should probabally be let go as it no longer is important. Thank you for your insight.
