Monthly Prayers, Light and Healing thread-revival?
As I'm sitting here this late evening, just reading though posts here at ASAH-DU3, I'm realizing that I'm missing the monthly thread dedicated to prayers, light and healing. This group has changed quite a bit from DU2 days but I still enjoy "dropping in".
This seemed was a good way to keep requests easy to find throughout the month.
Does anyone else miss this monthly thread? Do you want to revive it?
If so, I volunteer to host the month of March-and if others want to host other months, I'll keep track of the sign up sheet...what do you think?

While I can write, I have never been very good at prayers and such, so I'm content to participate without being the author of one.
How about a "Late-February to March" thread? Or do you need more time to compile something?

(1,472 posts)This month seems to be a perfect time to revive the Prayers, Light and Healing Thread!
I must admit that Ive never really given much thought to March other than to welcome the first day of Spring (and celebrate my sons birthday on the Ides of March). It was just another month to bear through as I waited for Spring.
As I've been gathering my ideas by reading through March facts, legends, and holiday origins, it has been very enlightening. March was originally the first month of the Roman calendar until Julius Caesar changed it to number 3. March is named after the Roman God of War Mars. This is the month of Lent, Easter, Passover, St. Patricks Day, Ostara, the Vernal Equinox, etc. What a busy month!
Oh, and it's also National Umbrella Month!
Per request, Ill get the March Thread up shortly, so it'll be the "Last week of February into March" edition.
If anyone feels inspired to host in future months, just let me know. Ill keep it going in the meantime, as it has a special energy that I feel grows as we all add to it.
