Just finished writing my novel
It's about the murder of a homeless woman in Seattle. An earlier version of it is available on Kindle. Last September I finally found an agent who was interested, but had some very good and specific ideas about how to make it better. I was finishing a play right then, so I couldn't get to it right away. But the rewrite really started happening for me in early January, and I've been working steadily. So today I'm finished, and I want to call the agent back to tell him I'm ready to resubmit.
Before I call him, though, I would appreciate it deeply if you'd send out your thoughts, prayers, vibes for a clear path to publication for me. The story is really about the struggle that we're all going through now, based very much on my experiences volunteering at my local food bank, and I feel it's an important story.
