Angel Over Aurora Theater?
At first I couldn't see it, but it didn't take long.

To read the story, go to NY Daily News.
There's a poll at web site asking if readers see the angel. When I was there, around 80 per cent said they could see it.

(14,881 posts)To those that would ask why we only see angels in American tragedies, and why not in the tragedies we perpetrate on others, my answer is that I believe that there are angels with all of us always. We see them here in the US with big tragedies because somebody with a camera happened to be present taking pictures at the right moment in time and from the perspective needed to see. We don't see them everywhere because we aren't always in a position to see them, never mind photograph them.
So I can look at the picture and see what could be just a cloud formation or what could be an angel. But even if it is not an angel, that doesn't mean that I don't believe that angels weren't present with each of the individuals involved in the tragedy.

I see the angel, too, though there's always room for interpretation

(157 posts)The shooter had an AR-15 (semi-automatic) with a 100 round drum, allowing for 60 shots a minute. That's one person a second. The gun jammed and he had to ditch it. The Angel may be crying, but I think she's definitely there.

(31,423 posts)to the right of the angel. It is a darker hued figure. I don't know what it is.
Does anyone else see it? It looks like it could be ascending.
