From the age of one to the age of 90, 133 abducted hostages remain in Gaza. It has now been over six months. Each one is someone's child, parent, grandparent, grandchild, friend, wife, or lover.
I cannot forget. I feel their pain. I pray for their release.

(62,047 posts)I pray for justice for all of them, Israeli and Gazan. I pray for the punishment of Netanyahu, the IDF, Hamas, and Hamas Iranian masters.
The Israeli and Palestinian people both deserve better.

(57,341 posts)We have to face the hard reality of the fate of the hostages.
I have long feared that most of them are not alive.

(57,341 posts)The hostages are their bargaining chips.
Why give them up?
But the kidnapping was brutal with death and injuries.
Those still alive with injuries probably did not get medical care.
The released hostages talk about the brutal and horrific captivity conditions.
Plus the Israeli bombing and other military attacks.
Most prisoners of war know they will not get out alive.
They will either be killed by their captors or inadvertently by their own people.
War is very dangerous.
