...try (all) men's (and women's) souls. I don't know how you can be a reasonable and aware person today and not feel some emotional pain and tribulation over events in the Middle East, in Ukraine, in Sudan and many other places riven with strife and conflict that are putting millions in turmoil, peril and suffering. And most of those are innocents caught up in power politics of others and beyond their control.

that we did not host a seder. The kids and families were scattered across the country, I've been dealing with back issues and mental health issues - so not motivated. I've been caught up in the angst of the world.
These are certainly the times of "narrow straights" Maybe by the end of the holiday things will start to resolve.

Next year, there is no excuse - Passover starts on a Saturday.
I'm going to get commitments now from the kids in the Mossfern diaspora.
