long ago in 76-79. There weren’t any power dams in the country then. The Basotho must be very proud of that dam if that’s what one of them offered as an architectural example. I expected a mid or stone hut with thatched roof. At the same time, it’s great to see. I was involved in natural resources while there. As far as future development prospects, water was considered their greatest resource. I’m sure they are benefitting from the sale of power to South Africa. Good for them.

ps — haholo is the Sesotho word for “a lot” or much/many.
