About the woman who spotted the Charleston church shooter's car:
http://news.yahoo.com/florist-spots-hyundai-light-helps-catch-shooting-suspect-005352310.html
...She called it a matter of "divine intervention."
...But after she looked into the car and saw the driver, she began to get increasingly nervous.
She quickly pulled off the main highway and called her friend and boss, Todd Frady, asking what to do.
..."I'm going to go ahead and tell you, I was scared," Dills said. "I told Todd, if (the suspect) gets out of this car and starts shooting, you tell my family I'm gone (to heaven). I know where I'm going."
..."Make no mistake about it, I am not the hero here God is the hero," Dills said. "People can believe that or not. He showed up here in Shelby, North Carolina."
Dills said she believes God put her in the right place at the right time.
I wonder if she wonders why God didn't intervene before the shooting, instead of after. Probably because it was God's will that 9 black people be shot to death, being that they are descendants of Ham?
I'm surprised she called her friend and boss, asking what to do. Why not pray for guidance from her real friend and boss, Jesus Christ?

(11,463 posts)National Rifle Association board member Charles L. Cotton wrote that the victims of a mass shooting in a Charleston, South Carolina church died because of Reverend Clementa Pinckney's advocacy for gun safety laws.
... In a post on an online forum for Texas supporters of the concealed carry of handguns, Cotton wrote, "he voted against concealed-carry. Eight of his church members who might be alive if he had expressly allowed members to carry handguns in church are dead. Innocent people died because of his position on a political issue."

It is God's way of teaching that foolish reverend and the people dumb enough to listen to him (and the rest of us libtards) that they/we should be packing heat. Onward Christian Soldiers!

Actually, God was too busy at the time of the shooting listening to prayers by golfers and baseball players and all the people praying for some child with cancer.

I'm living in SC now so this story has been on the news continuously. (Though I am a long way from Charleston.) This morning we got some of the usual bland platitudes from Lindsey Graham. Who ran into a spot of trouble when the interviewer asked him about the Confederate flag flying at the state capitol bldg.

(11,463 posts)... The problem, Erickson contended, is that America can no longer have a conversation about real evil because of people like Caitlyn Jenner.
A society that looks at a 65 year old male Olympian and, with a straight face, declares him a her and a new normal cannot have a conversation about mental health or evil because that society no longer distinguishes normal from crazy and evil from good, he wrote.

(9,666 posts)I can see the same things online that Dylann saw.
I can read white supremacist websites and come away no more racist than when I started. Apparently Dylann could not.
Why and how can some people be exposed to evil and negative things and not be affected, while others fall under the spell?
Until we figure that out, we'll keep having more shit like this, and maybe after.
