This is from last week, but I'm just now seeing it, and maybe the headline is a bit misleading but the hubris made me laugh. When I thought about it again, though, of course they would say that. They've been hallucinating for years, why would they stop now? I still get surprised, though, when I hear someone claim God told them this, or God told them that. They are either hallucinating, or they are liars. The only other option is God really did tell them something, but...come on.
Duggars Heartbroken'; Say God Wants Them On Television
Too bad for the Duggars that God is too busy with other stuff to be programming TLC.
An unidentified source told PEOPLE:The Duggars want to return to TV because they truly believe it was part of Gods plan for them to spread the word about their faith.
I think Jim Bob and Michelle honestly did expect people to just move on from this. Their thinking is, they put this behind them ages ago, so why wouldnt the rest of the world?
The Duggar children are reportedly devastated by the cancellation of the familys reality show because they enjoy being famous, claims another report.
my snip above was on Liberaland, but then I noticed the original story here. It's even juicier.

(7,911 posts)then nothing and nobody can alter god's plan. That being the case, if you believe god has a plan and you believe god is all powerful then everything that happens is part of that plan. If it happens, it's in the plan. If it doesn't happen, it's not in the plan.
So next time someone says "God's plan is for me to be rich." remind them if god wanted you to be rich, you'd be rich. Since you're not, god really wants you to be piss poor.
And for sure don't say "Thank god that earthquake victim was found alive under the rubble," don't forget to thank god for the hundreds buried under the rubble who did not survive, because that's the way god wanted it to happen.
