Found this interesting group. Apparently only on Facebook sadly.
Welcome to Awake in our Mythology. It should be known that we are not against the Abrahamic faiths, but neither are we willing to become forced apologists for them. This page is not here to mollify a belief system when there is demonstrable fact, it is here to show that all religions are based on stories that can be linked back to previous cultures. Anthropologists of the past have come from their own religious tradition and interpreted the world and it's people according to it's tenets. In a new world where Christianity, Judaism, and Islam are choices of faith rather than the accepted means of social control we and others seek to place faith and religion in it's proper context, not as fact that cannot be questioned but rather as part of our ancestors' storytelling to explain our place in the universe.
PS. Due to all the religious hate mail (largely the Christian and Muslim fundamentalists), you are no longer allowed to message us privately.
PSS. Flat Earthers, Young Earthers, and Doomsdayers: Anti-intellectualism is unwelcome here. This is your only warning.

(4,033 posts)..a wake for all their mythologies... one could hope...
A Wake for Deus... as a play one words...
or should it be...
A Wake for Deō?
Latin grammar was never a strong suit in my hand. Dative vs Nominative cases, arrrgghhh...
But then I never had to learn it from the sword point of a Roman Centurian...
"Romanes eunt domus?!"
"People called Romanes they go the house'?"
"Romani ite domum"
"Now! Write it out 100 times.... If it's not done by sunrise, I'll cut your balls off."
How About Some New Grafitti?...
"Fidelium ite domum"
You know, in keeping with Mathew 6: 5-6.
