Hilarious review of "God's Not Dead 2"

Yes, they went and made a sequel to the movie "God's Not Dead." And it sounds even dumber than the original. Which might qualify it as a Certified Miracle in any belief system.

It helps to think of the "God's Not Dead" film series as essentially "The Vagina Monologues" for evangelical Christians.

Apparently the writer of this piece has something against God and most definitely against Christians.

I was hoping for more comments like this. I get great enjoyment from consternated Xians.

I'm guessing one of those that used to be called "alternative" papers. But I am just guessing. It is a real, printed newspaper though.

Poking around I found this very weird recent story in the same paper. A homeless man named Fred Arnold was run over and killed in Little Rock.

He turned out to be a former record store owner, massive Beatles collector and acquaintance of Yoko Ono:

I was just thinking the other day about the xtian movie Jennifer Garner is in (the one where a girl with an incurable disease falls out of a tree and it cured- I need that fucking tree )- You know your acting career is finished when you star in christian movies.

edit: I put a similar post on Facebook, and one of my friends said "remember what happened to Saul on the road to Damascus?" I wanted to smash my iPad on my head. With what I post frequently on FB, I cannot believe he thinks I would believe such BS.

9. Star Melissa Joan Hart Reveals the Three Words She Refuses to Say on TV

...The actress said that she is lucky to have had the chance to play a role in “God’s Not Dead 2? that reflects her own personal faith, explaining how, throughout her career, she has taken small steps to try and live out her faith in God on the small screen.

“You will not see me in a TV show ever saying, ‘Oh my God,’ because I don’t take that word lightly,” she said. “And that’s a very small example of how I’ve been able to influence my work a little bit. For me, it’s a big step today, because it’s written in every single script.”

Hart said that there are simply other ways to make the same point without using the Lord’s name in vain.

“Inside my Bible study, I’m a big hero right now,” she quipped...

Bet she cashes those residuals checks.

Like that kid from Two and a Half Men that bitched about how sinful the show was, all the while cashing in on it.
