But she hides in my walk-in closet.

Glad Patches is staying close by. Hope your power returns soon!

Is hiding in the cabinet under the sink in the bathroom that is inside my bedroom. My poor baby just hates thunderstorms. He barfed his dinner on the kitchen floor. I went in the bathroom to comfort him. He came out of the cabinet and just sat by my feet in a compact nervous little ball while I sat on the toilet his eyes as big as saucers. I gently petted his fur. Made me want to cry and scoop him up into my arms but that would have made it worse. The storm has seemed to calm and he’s cautiously sitting on the bathroom rug now as I lay on my bed typing..
