My friend of over 50 years lives there and she's not great at keeping up the news. It's nice to know a bit of what's happening in her area since she lives alone up in the foothills.

I saw the other day that she's looking for a new place, closer to civilization, and was very glad. She's strong and fit but 73 is old for taking care of farm animals & horses all by oneself, especially in bad weather.
