You're going to hate this, it's +54F here in Montana, at least in my area. Might get some flurries over the next few days but not expecting much in the valley.

Instead it's like perpetual October until at least January. Ski season is starting really late, the big Thanksgiving ski festival in West Yellowstone was cancelled this year due to no snow. Happened two years ago too, first time they ever had to cancel ever. Our snow season has shifted to January to June instead of October/November to May.

I wonder if we'll have another flood like we did in 2022 come spring.

Current weather would be great if we weren't also enduring a constant wind of 10-20mph with hours of 40-65mph gusts. We've been having wind storms all week.

we can do it

But we do have (gasp) snow forecast. It’s 34 degrees, so no biggie.

Been in a “river” of weather coming up and over Canada then down across the Upper Peninsula and the tip of the Mitten in the Lower. That is going to be moving in the next couple days letting in weather with upper temps in the mid to upper 50’s by Saturday.
Hope this pattern holds throughout the year till after the holidays it’ll make travel much easier.
