One of the things I love about having a garage. My car really doesn't get stuck outside all that often anymore since I can pick my work days.

Worst case is I have to leave my car at the airport and it gets stuck in outdoor parking.

But my memories are with you. Nothing but heat will break that stuff loose. Good luck.

More treacherous to drive on than snow, and it only takes an eighth of an inch.

Then, as the car starts to warm, you can easily scrape off each of the squares.

Oh, you can also get a small cigarette lighter heater (approx $25) to start warming the interior before the engine warms up. But don't point the heater towards the glass. Just have it point to the center of the passenger compartment so it warms the glass gradually.
