To settle insurance and such. And it was hard, thought I was doing ok, but filling stuff out just seemed to reopen all the pain again. Tuff day

Going to clients homes to do the paperwork was pretty tough. However it was also very full filling to know My company and myself were helping survivors. I also tried in most cases to be the one bringing the check.

Its OPM govt retirement MrsK was under, its also very confusing and short on any answers or info.

You can probably figure that out by my handle. I always tried to help folks fill out paperwork and deliver checks. I also gave them some cautions from my experiences. Such as not making life changing moves while still in deep grief and shock.
