In order to NOT be thought of as a good guy,

he's failed to comply with Agreement, recognized and 'sealed' by the court, as well as 2 'promises' he made to me in January, SO have just had my attorney file a MOTION FOR CONTEMPT!

Feel OK 'cause he's paid me 50%, its in the bank and awaiting remainder so I can invest the whole bunch, and I could pay attorney his fee for this. Angry but NOT anxious or depressed any more, but have to have him served and go through the game again.

Look forward to seeing Judge come down on him, but as usual, will likely take some time. (Lawyer's cost for this will likely be 'rewarded' to me.)

SO, here we go again!

Funny how happy I was to see my attorney yesterday when I went in to sign the Motion; like him SO MUCH!

He does 'litigation.' I just tried to find news story about him, more than a year ago. He helped client who'd just had baby, damn, can't recall facts, but made WaPo 'cause of it.

dumps on him big time. Too bad he can't actually be sent to jail for this nonsense.

Our proposed Order for the Court includes: U.S. Marshall shall take him into custody and commits him to DC jail, so looks like he CAN be sent to jail for this nonsense.
