George Carlin sounds like a well balanced introvert.

I am watching a 1997 interview of Carlin, by a rather handsome young Jon Stewart.
Carlin says, at one point...he hates being around/in groups of people, ( totally understand that, I do)

but loves to meet..." Individual people, you can see the universe in their eyes".

Sometimes I like to think about the conversations he must be having on the other side now. I look forward to meeting him there, in due time of course. The afterlife must be a fascinating plane with so many of my favorites already there.
