Daugaard calls for peace as Keystone XL pipeline gets green light
Gov. Dennis Daugaard on Friday celebrated President Donald Trump's approval of the Keystone XL pipeline proposal and called for peaceful protests in South Dakota in the wake of its construction.

Trump's green light on the construction permit restarts TransCanada's efforts to complete the project and reverses an Obama administration decision to stop the pipeline.
