And to think I'm having chicken noodle soup for dinner! I want to try everything on this menu(except for the liver).

I need that electric gren onion cutter!!! When I have gone to an international market not that far from me, they carry those giant green onions (and they were not leeks)! Also get garlic chives there.

I think that cutter may have been this (or similar) -
