... when one of my super-skinny, always-playing-video-games coworkers showed them a tattoo of a dragon on his upper arm. They were calling each other over to see it, and soon there was about eight of them gathered around him smiling and laughing about it.

I was far enough away that I didn't fully understand it, other than they were looking at his tattoo. After they dispersed, I asked one of them what was making them laugh. He replied, "HE is no gangster! Ha ha ha..."
