A second person is facing charges for an Occupy Portland protest that led police to use pepper spray.

The Anti-Austerity rally at Holladay Park drew several hundred people, but it turned into a march through the streets of northeast Portland. Police said the group did not have a permit to march and the protesters were breaking the law.

At least one person was arrested at the time and about 24 people were pepper-sprayed.

After reviewing evidence collected during the protest, officers made a second arrest in the case Nov. 9.

rioted on Oct 25 last year and the city obviously thought it might be better to keep the cops at a distance? There were hardly any cops around that day and even with over one hundred thousand people there, there was no violence.

If they would stay away, everyone would be better off.
