Employees are CHEERFUL, offer to help, are polite and appear to enjoy their work and like working with customers. They have a stake in the company's success.

I don't know anything about charters or any of this stuff, but it seems employees should get direct, financial benefit from their productivity, not just management & ownership.

Great list. Thanks.

to level the economic playing field from the grass roots up, in a non-violent, relatively
gradual way, that isn't even "anti-Capitalism" really, it's just doing capitalism as
though human beings and their communities really do matter, really do count, really
do have inalientable rights that cannot and will not be fucked with, no matter how
much filthy lucre you have accumulated.

ok, enough. nite.
