New York City protest assault on Palestine Tues, 7/15

this is from facebook:
Tuesday, July 15, there will be a protest in front of the United Nations building (United Nations Plaza, New York, New York 10017)

Rutgers NB Students for Justice in Palestine will be in attendance and encourage you to join us rain or shine. To facilitate transportation, we are considering renting a bus, taking the train together, or carpooling where we can all meet and travel together to and from the city.

If you are interested in pitching in for a bus, please respond ASAP so we can estimate the total of interested persons. Estimated cost is $10.

If you would like to volunteer to drive, also let us know.

The idea is that we travel together and have a large turnout. Meeting place will be determined soon.

Disclaimer: Rutgers SJP is not planning nor organizing this protest. We are simply spreading the word and trying to enhance the presence of the Rutgers community in the struggle for justice in Palestine. The following link (also set at the location) will direct you to the original page of the organizers.

RAIN OR SHINE!!! A protest against the Isreali government and against the killings of innocent Palestinian lives. If you believe in peace, love and equality for all humans, then join me and use your voice to speak for the oppressed people.

We might not change the world today, or even tomorrow, but I believe if we continuously try to make this world a better place, then one day the terror will stop.

LOCATION IS 47th ST & 1ST AVENUE
