Help! I used to see a tab that said "Post a Comment to this Thread"

Now I don't see it or anything else. There is nothing that indicates that I Can or I May Not post to threads, just not a viewable option that indicates I can post a comment. Are we still in the Star Membership blackout period? It appeared to be open for general views and comments, but am I misinterpreting what I'm seeing. I just don't get it.

1. At the bottom right side of your post I see a small button with an underlined "reply to this thread"

I clicked that and got to the post a reply screen.

Folks without stars are responding all over DU.

3. I hate to admit it, but I've had the same trouble.

There is a BIG blue button to start a thread, but a tiny little button to respond.

I am glad I was able to point you in the right direction.

4. If you scroll down to the absolute end of anyone's thread...

You will see a giant blue button that says Reply to this thread.

You can also use that to respond to the original post.
