My avatar isn't showing, just a black box with a white x in the middle. I tried to upload an updated and cleaner version of my avatar, but the process isn't working, keeps saying "we can't reach that page". Can I get some help with this, please?

I can see your kicking donkey just fine. I'd suggest clearing your cache and seeing if that fixes it.
