How much time must they take 'not hosting' before they can host again?

Recently I posted a thread and someone responded that they didn’t understand what I was saying.

I jokingly responded “There are websites where you can study reading comprehension’.

I was successfully ‘alerted on’ for making a "personal attack and flaming".
