Seriously, I have an Android with chrome and I never get fox alerts. Go through your settings, looking for the word fox - youll find it somewhere, have patience- and delete it.

From inside Chrome:
3-dot menu > Settings > notifications > additional
Delete foxnews.com from the "allowed" list.
If you want to block all push notifications:
3-dot menu > settings > site settings > notifications > notifications (toggle between blocked and ask)
