I do wish you'd listen, Wymer. It's perfectly simple. If you're not getting your hair cut, you don't have to move your brother's clothes down to the lower peg. You simply collect his note before lunch, after you've done your scripture prep, when you've written your letter home, before rest, move your own clothes onto the lower peg, greet the visitors, and report to Mr. Viney that you've had your chit signed.

go to My Account tab (top of page)
click Account tab (if necessary)
this brings up your account info page, next to Account Information (at the top) there is a highlighted "Edit" link
Click Edit and you will be asked for your current password
Now you're on the page where you can reset your password

6. hmmmm

I've got several thoughts:
1) is your correct email address showing (and repeated) on the edit page? If it is leave it alone.
2) try to change your password (as a trial) to something very simple (without additional characters etc.). They give no restrictions, but some sites don't allow for certain character/punctuation. If this is successful you can go back and change it to something more complex.
3) there is also a password recovery link (but I honestly don't see where that helps you, as you obviously have a valid password)

It appears like you're at the right place.
Here's what I am seeing (and I just changed my password a month ago)

All fields are required.
