Most likely, you are trying to use DU’s “div” function for a blockquote insert. If not, I am wasting my time. In any event, if you want to post a blockquote insert, use brackets (these: [ and ]) where I am posting parentheses (below) and type the following:

{div class=“excerpt”} Your text goes here. Paste it in. {/div} and that should achieve your objective.

The other day I posted in the box an asterisk followed by text and every other person kept asking what was there. I was like WTF, can't you see it? Apparently no one could. I could but no one else saw it and I promise it was just the same format as * Have a nice day.

You know, the guy that came out in every TNG episode to tediously explain whatever odd phenomenon was going on.

TOS was much better, they weren't afraid to let things remain mysterious. The never really said why Abraham Lincoln was floating in space. They left it to your imagination.
