Can't play media

For the past 2 weeks or so, I can't access video. It says "The media cannot be played."

I have an older phone (4 years) that doesn't update anymore. I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Can anyone help?

1. Click on the bird in the upper right hand corner, it will take you twitter and play it.

Remedy is to go to the Tweet and play it there.

Suddenly, they stated working again. I didn't do anything to fix it.
