I renewed my star membership a couple days ago and my old one expired today

2. If logging off and then back on doesn't help, send a message to Ask the Admins.

4. Close the webpage then try clearing the DU cookies..

You'll likely need to provide user name/password again when you go to the page again.

5. Well that was weird. Just got an automated message thanking me for being a star member

There was a couple hour delay between expiring and then welcoming me. Both were automated.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I saw your thread in here and checked out the problem -- I'm not why your membership wasn't automatically updated but your transaction had gone through, so I manually assigned your star, which then notified you.
