How to post Google EARTH links

Does anybody here know how?

I did manage to get this one in 3d working, by replacing the "@' in the url with "%40".

But street views lose data for some reason:

So I tried this:

But in my browser, I get this:

https://earth.google.com/web/@2.01961014,-77.08061633,607.50097656a,0d,0y,0h,0t,0r/data=IhoKFk1yVTFTOVBJRGNiUWJhV18yOVVKa1EQAg

The camera is in the proper location in the street, but it is pointing downwards due to some data in the URL being replaced with 0s.

Anybody here got any ideas how to fix this?
